1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Global Protection & Investigations ("GPI Security") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
GPI Security provides professional private security services including but not limited to:
- Executive protection services
- Armed and unarmed security guard services
- Mobile security patrol
- Special response team (SRT) services
- Camera monitoring and surveillance
- Security consulting and assessments
3. Licensing and Compliance
GPI Security operates under California Private Patrol Operator License PPO# 120206. All security personnel are licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and comply with all applicable state and local regulations.
4. Service Agreements
Specific services are provided under individual service agreements that include:
- Scope of services
- Pricing and payment terms
- Duration and termination provisions
- Liability and insurance coverage
- Confidentiality requirements
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about security needs and threats
- Grant necessary access to premises and facilities
- Maintain safe working conditions for security personnel
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Make timely payment for services rendered
6. Limitations of Liability
While GPI Security maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and employs highly trained personnel, clients acknowledge that:
- Security services cannot guarantee the prevention of all criminal acts or incidents
- Liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service agreements
- GPI Security is not liable for acts of third parties or circumstances beyond our control
7. Confidentiality
GPI Security maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security assessments, and operational details. This confidentiality is mutual and applies to both parties.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. GPI Security reserves the right to terminate services immediately if payment is not received or if client actions compromise personnel safety.
9. Force Majeure
GPI Security is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or other force majeure events.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sacramento County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
GPI Security reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
